Wu Tai Chi Chuan (english)

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art based on taoistic principles. It can prevent illness and prolong lifespan. It reinforces the bones and muscles and regulates blood pressure. It is a means to promote health.

I love Tai Chi is a great form of exercise. I originally was introduced to chi meditation and moving meditation through yoga. But with Tai-Chi it gives me more control of my chi and makes me feel really good
